ZED MIBA Forum

The ZED-MIBA Forum (ZMF) is an umbrella organisation, comprising ZED, which is for Personal Travel, and MIBA, which is for Duty Travel. Airlines join ZED-MIBA Forum, and participate in either the ZED agreement or the MIBA agreement or both, as they wish.

ZED: Zonal Employee Discount Agreement

An airline staff travel agreement concerning mutual concessional travel facilities for own employees and other eligible persons based on fixed fare levels applicable to differing distance zones.

MIBA: Multilateral Interline Business Travel Agreement

An airline staff travel agreement concerning mutual company business travel for own employees and specified eligible persons.
