Annual General Meeting. ZMF members will meet at least once per year to get status of the projects, to vote on projects, budget, adjustments of the agreements, etc. and to meet other ARs and agree more concurrences. The Council or the members may call for an extra meeting during a year if necessary. This is called General Meeting.
