Fare calculation is determined by applying fixed prices per segment of a journey. For each individual ticket coupon one fare will be charged independent of the total routing. One coupon shall be issued for a non-stop flight. However, for a direct or a through flight with a stop, even without change of aircraft or flight number, the member may ask for two coupons to be issued. Flights with a change of aircraft or flight number will always request two coupons. See ZED and MIBA Guidelines. more

In accordance with Service Level Agreement signed between ZED-MIBA Forum and IATA, IATA employees and their spouses and children up to 24 yearss of age are eligible for ZED ZH travel. When issuing such tickets, all general ZED rules shall be applied. I.e. the non-interlineable taxes / fees / charges (YQ, YR or Q) must not be collected, child discount shall be applied, minimum length of service (six months) cannot be altered etc. more

Yes, unless bilaterally agreed otherwise. Most interline settlement departments prefer to have the same rules for ID tickets as for revenue tickets, so bilateral agreement may not be negotiable.
