Fares Filing - Must I file?
Do I have to file the fares if request received from another Member?
If you receive a request for fares filing from another Member, your airline must file the fares for such Member. According to the ZED / MIBA rules, fares filing is mandatory, thus, such a request cannot be rejected or ignored.
