Switchboard Administration

At AGM in Tokyo, Members voted for a SWITCHBOARD website where all airlines' employees can find listing and travel information on other member airlines' flights. The Switchboard is available on www.flyzed.info.

How to complete your data on www.flyzed.info 

The data are administered through your account on www.zedmiba.org. Please follow the following instructions:

1. Go to www.zedmiba.org

2. Login and go to “My account”

3. Choose the “Switchboard” section

4. Complete your information. You can mention anything you consider important for ZED travellers, however, at least the following information is extremely important for the travellers:

• listing procedures
• embargoes
• baggage allowance (in case the free allowance is higher than standard ZED policy – 1 PC or 20 kilo)

5. As soon as completed, press the “Update all details” button at the bottom of the page

6. Once updated on www.zedmiba.org, the information is immediately visible on the www.flyzed.info under your airline name.
The www.flyzed.info portal is also used as a reference for Travel Rules within www.flyzed.com.

7. As a template you can use the information of airlines that already completed the Switchboard (go to www.flyzed.info and try e.g. British Airways/BA or Swiss/LX). You can use the copy and paste keys to transfer the data to your “Swichboard” section on www.zedmiba.org. Do not forget to change or delete any data not relevant for your airline.
