Sending emails to other members from the website

Take advantage from our new function “bulk emails” on the website. Whenever you want to contact other members, sending embargoes or asking about your concurrences, you can do this from the website and the address is always up-to-date (if updated!).

  • Login and go to MEMBER AREA > MEMBER CONTACTS. Choose one of the lists (ZMF/ZED/MIBA)
  • You will now see: "Send an email to the group..." click on it….
  • You will now see: FROM (your own airline) TO (all addresses)
  • Tick only those you want to send emails to.
  • Fill in SUBJECT and your message in the TEXT area
  • As you see, ATTACHMENTS can also be used
  • Click on preview and you can check your message before sending
  • One email will be sent to each member you have ticked (not a group message) form your own address.
  • You will receive the same email yourself from “INFONIA” (our web provider) in which a .txt attachment should appear including all the addresses of your sent mail. If you do not receive this .txt attachment, please contact your IT department, you might not be allowed to.

Now you understand how important it is to update your own details on the website. No one else can do it for you as it is password protected.
