Signatory Document

This document, signed both by an officer of your airline and ZMF, will be the formal and legal document for membership and participation in the ZED and/or MIBA agreements. You will keep one original and the other will be kept in file by ZED-MIBA Forum. You must sign the ZMF part and ZED and/or MIBA part.
